Whitby Traction Engine Rally starts Friday 4th August till Sunday 6th August

Opening times are:   Friday - 10am to 5pm
                                   Saturday - 10am to 11pm
                                   Sunday - 10am to 5pm

Admission is Available online prior to event:

Early Bird: Adult £6, Over 65s £5, Under 16s £3, Family Ticket (2 Adults and up to 3 Under 16s) £15

Advance: Adult £8, Over 65s £7, Under 16s £4, Family Ticket (2 Adults and up to 3 Under 16s) £20

Available On the Day:

Adult £10, Over 65s £8, Under 16s £5, Family Ticket (2 Adults and up to 3 Under 16s) £25

It is being held in Abbey Fields, Hawsker Lane, at the top of Green Lane near Whitby Abbey.

Along with all the vintage engines on display there will also be many other attractions including:

• Adrenaline tour featuring Jason Smyth - this is a motorcycle and quad street style stunt show, it will feature Quad Freestyle Jumps, jumping over 70ft whilst catching items held 30ft in the air

• Ridgeside Falconry

• Ridgeside Lurcher Racing Team

• Crazy Bears - The 6 bears will be entertaining the audience at various times throughout the weekend

• Steam fair attractions - includes: Tractor Pulling, Steam Engines, Classic Cars, Vintage Tractors, Classic Motorcycles, Fairground Organs, Miniature Steam Engines, Stationary Engines and Vintage Commercials.

• Trade Stands

• Craft and fine food Marquee

• Autojumble

• Old Time and Modern Funfair

• Spectacular Firework Display - Saturday evening

The weekend is packed full of entertainment to please all ages, it is a family event offering non-stop Arena Entertainment with catering and a licensed bar.
